Vertical Vision was founded by Juan Butler, the former president of GamePlan Financial Marketing, one of the largest financial marketing organizations (FMO) in the country. Juan helped lead GamePlan through some of its greatest growth, including three consecutive years on the Inc. 500 list of the country’s fastest growing privately owned companies.

Juan’s ability to run an efficient and successful organization comes from his firm financial background. He began his career in public accounting and then moved to the private sector as a chief tax accountant for a large regional bank holding company. Before joining GamePlan, he served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer for software and technology companies. Juan’s independent spirit – and the need for a new challenge – led him to start V2 and transform the relationship between IMO and agent.
